SMARTKEEPER Pro and Essential products are entirely different and cannot be used interchangeably as unlock keys. Also, if the SMARTKEEPER Pro's Universal Lock Keys have different patterns, they cannot be used interchangeably. 

There are 2 types of keys. Universal Lock Key and Mini key. You can use Universal Lock Key for most products, and you can use Mini Key for small item such as USB-C, Mini-B, Micro-B etc

If there is a reason to purchase an additional key, you should do so, but otherwise you can continue to use your existing key.

For B2B-only products, we manage the patterns ourselves. If you are an existing user, you should be supplied with the same product as the pattern you were using.
After assigning a serial number to the universal key, we will only sell the universal key for decryption if the customer information matches and the security officer approves. 
Therefore, since the serial number contains customer information and pattern information, we ask existing customers to confirm the serial number to prevent mixing patterns.
